I reserved 2 days in advance of my stay and I asked questions to the host, which I never got a response but the reservation came through. When I arrived they told me that I cannot stay because "Airbnb keeps overselling their unit" :/ A complete scam, they rent the place out of airbnb and when a guest from airbnb comes they dont have any capacity to host them. I was told I should go search in another hostel. They gave me the direction of another hostel like this but was even worse, noboby there to answer the door, no phone response. I had to find a location very far away from where we were supposed to stay. Of course I had to call Airbnb and get a refund. Overall worst experience I ever had with an Airbnb reservation.
