Utopia is a fantastic Air BnB, would highly recommend staying here. The host has thought of how to make the guest’s experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If we are back in Elgin we will be back here for sure.

Beautiful location, lovely host, sparklingly clean and comfortable accommodation. A 5 min drive from centre of Elgin or a nice 20 minute walk.

A wonderful place. Beautiful views of the river and countryside. A short walk to town. Comfortable, clean , stylish. A very welcoming and gracious host. Highly recommend to anyone.
