The place was really clean and cute! She was also super sweet and had a lot of good suggestions for local spots. There were fresh eggs from her chickens available too! The hot tub was wonderful and private :)

Peaceful & Quiet location. Home is clean, private and accomadated two adults and two oversized dogs !! Theresa didn't lie when she says the Hot tub is always Ready and HOT !! What a nice amenity to enjoy after a long drive or hike. The fenced in yard was a great amenity for the dogs. Theresa herself is a wonderful host, responsive, helpful and friendly.

Nice and quiet stay, with basic amenities. Hot tub was definitely a plus point. Theresa was very responsive and visited us twice, which was very nice of her. Thank you for the bottle of champagne (to celebrate the new year) 😊😊

I spent a weekend here and it was a nice place to sleep and eat while heading out during the days for hiking and visiting Albany and Troy. The area is very quiet (at least on the weekend), and the unit came with all of the basics you could want for cooking and unwinding. The hot tub in the backyard was great for relaxing after a long hike, and the close proximity to Thatcher, Kaaterskill, and Hunter was great for an outdoor escape weekend. The unit was very clean and the host was friendly, proactive, and responsive in our messaging.

The hot tub is private, the air was crisp and the moon was full. Had everything we needed, as clean and comfortable.
