因为西雅图43度高温，我们一家临时决定往北避暑。入住这一套小屋真是好开心，就在森林里面，非常凉爽。即便市内在43度的时候，这里的温度不会超过35度，而且房间周围有很多大树，房间里面还会再低好几度。总之，晚上有美美的一觉。我们带着三个孩子、这里很适合小朋友，有鸡鸭有很多植物。这里是田园风格，很有世外桃源的味道。房间非常干净，设施一应俱全。我想Ben应该为我们准备了很多，他真是很细心，很Helpful。邻居Erik也是超级好，有条狗狗叫Rocky，我们离开的时候已经开始依依惜别了。很喜欢这里，造访Mt.Baker 和避暑的不二选择。 Because of the 100 degrees high temperature in Seattle, our family decided to go north to escape the heat. It's really fun to stay in this set of cabins, in the forest, it's very cool. Even if the temperature in the city is 101 degrees, the temperature here will not exceed 87 degrees, and there are many big trees around the house, it will be several degrees lower in the room. We have a good night's sleep. We are taking three children, it is very suitable for children, there are chickens, ducks and many plants. Here is a rustic style, like a paradise in a Chinese story. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. I think Ben should have prepared a lot for us. He is really attentive and helpful. Neighbor Erik is also super nice, there is a dog named Rocky, so friendly and smart. We like the staying very much,. It is the best choice to visit Mt.Baker and escape the summer heat.

This place falls into the realm of perfectly ok airbnbs that just really aren’t a good fit for everyone. It is not safe for young kids—the gas heaters are very hot and right at child level, plus there are exposed electrical wires in the downstairs bedroom and common spaces. The host was around the whole weekend right next door so it did not feel private—there’s a chicken coop in the backyard that he went to work in the middle of the day when we were showering in the back bedroom that has big windows open to the backyard. Plus it’s a large space in the woods so cobwebs and dust were throughout. And smelled strongly of cleaning solutions plus livestock from the chickens when we first arrived. No option for self-check in—the only option we were given was to meet the host at the house—so I wouldn’t recommend if you want a self-paced arrival. Host was responsive and nice and the area is beautiful but we’ll be staying elsewhere in the future.

Ben is a great host that is supportive and will also let you do your thing. He knows the area well and works hard to make you stay great. His place is beautiful and conveniently located.

Great spot in the woods and an hour away from baker. Stayed with the family for Christmas and have no complaints 🤙

The cabin is beautiful! The cabin surrounded by trees and plants with a cool looking cactus collection. I enjoyed looking at the stars through the moon roof in the master bedroom and my family was very happy with everything.
