Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni in questa graziosa casetta a un passo dal mare e dal centro di San Benedetto. La posizione è veramente unica. L’alloggio è molto funzionale, lo spazio esterno è vivibilissimo, ampio e riservato. Cristina è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente.

alloggio confortevole e vicino al mare. con molti servizi nei paraggi. dehor gradevolissimo. host molto gentile e pronta a soddisfare le nostre richieste. casa molto pulita e fornita di tutti i confort di base. purtroppo la pioggia ha causato umidità ma l'alloggio è fornito di deumidificatore e condizionatore. esperienza molto carina per una famiglia.

Posizione imbattibile, 30 secondi dalla spiaggia e 5 minuti dal centro. Abbiamo parcheggiato davanti casa e dimenticato la macchina per tutto il soggiorno muovendoci solo a piedi. Il giardinetto esterno è il top, piacevolissimo e il tavolo in legno all’ombra dell’albero di arance è diventato la mia scrivania per uno smart working invidiabile. Abbiamo trascorso quasi tutto il nostro tempo nel giardino attrezzato, verdeggiante e pulitissimo, perfetto per lavorare, mangiare o rilassarsi sotto il sole. L’interno dell’appartamento è molto meglio che in foto: luminoso, elegante e con tutto il necessario per cucinare. La mia compagna che è maniaca della pulizia non ha potuto trovare neppure un granello di polvere, la casa era sterile come una sala operatoria. Torneremo senza dubbio. Esperienza ottima e San Benedetto è una città sul mare tutta da vivere, peccato solo non essere potuti rimanere più a lungo. Grazie Cristina sei stata gentilissima e super disponibile.

the apartment is nice, spacious and well located. Unfortunately, the floor was not clean, we were received with some snacks that were rotten (some of them were 10 months past their due date). There was hand soap and soap for the dishes. Nothing else. There wasn't anything left to clean the house (our stay was for a week) and no bags for the garbage. The announcement mentioned several things which the apartment didn't have: no microwave, no washing or drying machine, the coffee machine had old rotten coffee inside, the electric kettle was broken and didn't work. the announcement says it includes shampoo, hygiene products, toys and books for kids, kids plates and cups... non of that was at the apartement. There are adult books on the walls and that is what the owner adviced me to give the children. There was no wifi connection, after requiring it they brought me an internet device without the plug, so I couldn't use it. The refrigerator was off when I arrived so I had to wait several hours for it to start working. The host was never nice and her answers could be reduced to "this is not a hotel", "there is a laundry accross the street if you need a washing machine" (of course not included in the price). All in all, I think the aparment is nice but the announcement is not acqurate and the host is the rudest. After making the complaint to Airbnb we left the place and they didn't charge for the days left, they did charge complete payment for the two nights I spent there. We have already been to several places and never received such bad treatment. Fortunately, we had the greatest experience with our next host, just a few blocks away and for the same price :)

Siamo stati ospiti di Cristina per una settimana con nostro figlio di pochi mesi. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima e a breve distanza da tutti i servizi (negozi, supermercato, lungomare e centro pedonale). L'appartamento è ben arredato e silenzioso, nonostante la vicinanza alla ferrovia, e Cristina ci ha fatto trovare la culla per nostro figlio. La comunicazione con Cristina è stata impeccabile. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto sfruttare il giardino a causa della resina degli alberi che ricopriva tavolo e sedie. Consigliato.
