Perfect location! Peoria Heights has so much to offer within walking distance for cute shops, restaurants, and that unbeatable Grand View Drive. Cute home that is perfect if you want larger than a hotel, but it is a small-feeling home. We loved the decor in the bedrooms and living room - bathroom and kitchen could use some updates and better amenities and kitchen supplies. The parts of this home that were cute were SO CUTE but there were also parts that, I felt, could have been made to match that cuteness with just a little investment for updated kitchen & bath supplies, sweeping of cobwebs hanging on porch, etc. For Peoria, this was a great location and option to stay. Quiet, safe, easy check in and check out. We'd stay again, we'd just know what to bring and what to expect next time.

Nice private house in Peoria Heights. Easy to get inside with keypad; house is cosy, well appointed and comfortable. Kitchen with table for two. Works best if the visitors are family or otherwise close, because the bathroom is ensuite the back bedroom. Only a few feet from a strip of restaurants in the heights, but still quiet, even on weekends. Only knock is the plumbing is somewhat noisy, but that doesn't detract. I would definitely stay there again when I'm visiting Peoria.
