I had taken a lot of photos to share with my friends. Thanks intan, for taking me to the surrounding supermarket and buying a mask. It's great! I met a very handsome landlord. I am very nice. I can leave my luggage here after checking out. Thank you! 房子不大但很有设计感，已经拍了很多照片分享给朋友们了哈哈。谢谢Intan 带我去了周边的大超市，居然买到了口罩，太棒了！碰见了很帅的房东，人很好，退房后还可以把行李放在这里寄存，谢谢！

Absolutely loved this place and didn’t want to leave!! Everything was just as described and the place was super comfortable! Kitchen was well equipped & bathroom worked great! The AC was great and the WiFi was a little slow but not bad! Overall loved this place

We stayed twice at Adrians place and can highly recommend it. Very bright, cozy and comfortable place with calm vibes, allowing to escape from Jakarta's business. Adrian was an attentive host, easy to get along and with interesting stories to tell. Terima kasih banyak mas Adrian!

This is the second time I stayed at Adrian’s place, and I really love it. On a little background with friendly neighbors and food vendors, easily accessible from two big train stations, peaceful and lovely. The studio is well designed, a real home away from home, and the kitchen is really well-appointed. Adrian is a super helpful and accommodating host, I will certainly be back if I return to Jakarta!

As we entered the room, there is unpleasant smell, perhaps it not used for long time. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by open air hallway, if rain drops, it is wet. Light in the hallway (stairway) is very small (not bright enough, the color of the stairway is also black), for seniors like us it is a little bit dangerous. There is a TV set, but it is not working. The drawers in the bedroom were messy, a lot of old stuff there. The bedsheets are very thin and small, they are colourful. I expected white and comfortable sheets, but it is not. There some stains on the wall as well as on the floor. It looks dirty. There messy old stuff next to bathroom, looks dirty. There is a tiny mirror on the table, diameter is only about 12 cm, it is a little bit difficult to use it. Overall, the room is not maintained in a proper way, therefore it is not as described, and it is not as I expected. But the location is just in the heart of central Jakarta.
