Had a pleasant stay at Danish's place. The caretaker, Shahid, was very attentive and helpful. I'd visit again.

Shahid the caretaker was amazing. He made us feel at home and was available whenever we called him. He served us some amazing home cooked Wazwan food. The host was also very friendly, helped us with a doctor's recommendation and medicine when required. Overall a wonderful experience and would love to come again.

Beautiful house and rooms, located right next to the Jhelum river. The interiors are well decorated and have character but slightly dusty. The caretaker Shahid was extremely helpful and polite. He went out of his way to make me some ginger tea for my sore throat which I appreciate. The rooms could do with better heating. There were heaters in both our rooms, but they stopped whenever there was a power cut (which is common across Kashmir) and there were multiple power cuts during our stay that night. The beds have heating though so you can still have a good nights sleep. Overall, a good stay in Srinagar if you are looking for a homely place.

Spacious and lovely rooms- great living room and very well equipped with all amenities. This is located on the banks of the Jhelum and away from the crowd and chaos of the tourist districts and only a 10 minute drive to Lal Chowk and Dal lake. Good greenery outside, though some mosquitoes but they didn't bother us. Sadly could not get a chance to meet Danish. We will come back.
