I stayed at Ej’s place while visiting for my bachelor party in early May. The location is perfect. The numerous bars and restaurants of Shem Creek are within walking distance and downtown Charleston is just a short Uber ride away. The house was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. While the house does not offer the extensive amenities of other nearby listings, such as pool access or ocean views, it was much more reasonably priced. The only drawback for our group was the sleeping arrangement. There are 4 beds in the bedrooms and the remaining 4 “beds” are couches and air mattresses set up in the primary living spaces. The listing was clear about this, but after we struggled to inflate the air mattresses, some of our guests were left wishing they had a more comfortable place to sleep. I would highly recommend this place any smaller groups (6-8 people) who are looking for a “home base” while exploring the incredible city of Charleston, SC.

Location was great for a bachelor trip! The property has lots of space and worked out great with two separate areas for different speeds.

Great location close to Shem Creek restaurants. Clean space, easy to find with ample parking. Responsive host. Would recommend to anyone for a weekend in the Charleston area.
