必须要好评，房东大叔很热情，人也很好！！下次也要来这里住，房东真的很好！强烈推荐来这里住，住宿的地方也在主要景点附近，很方便，价格也很便宜。

not exactly as shown in images, no mirror in room. for budget stay it's good as it's in centre of George town. check in is quite difficult, you have to lock everytime the entrance door.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. comfortable mattress and pillows. However the place really hasn't been cleaned well at all. There were flies in the bathroom and in the kitchen which made using them unpleasant and uncomfortable. There was no soap provided at the sink. And most importantly for me as a light sleeper, the AC in the room cycled on and off every 5 seconds, creating an annoying noise that made it hard to get to sleep. The blanket provided was tiny. Almost insultingly small. However when I asked for a larger one they brought it immediately and it smelled freshly washed. I ultimately checked out one day early. However the staff I encountered who gave me the keys and sorted the blanket for me were very friendly and helpful. But I suspect they don't even employ a cleaning staff If you don't mind the uncleanliness and AC noise and just need a cheap place to crash, I think this is a good choice. The location is ideal and there isn't much noise from the street

If you are someone who can adapt to situations you should be ok. To enter the place you'll need to use a key to open a big lock that keeps the gate closed, then close it again. It doesn't take long but it's annoying. The corridor and bottom floor smell a bit like mold and the room has leakage signs, the mattress isn't the cleanest. There is no toilet paper and when you shower you basically wash the whole bathroom. On a side note, the aircon and the wifi work well and are life-saving from the high temperature outside or if you are working. You are a 5 min drive from basically every hot spot for food and fun (especially if you rent a scooter) I'd say 20 min walk from most places (if you feel like it).
