L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le quartier historique de la Latina, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied. La communication avec Juan et Bea est très fluide et ils sont très disponibles. En revanche l'appartement est peu équipé pour faire de la cuisine, il est surtout adapté à des personnes qui feront le choix de ne pas déjeuner/dîner sur place. La literie dans la chambre avec les lits superposés n'est pas confortable (matelas à ressorts qui mériteraient d'être changer). Le vieux frigo est très bruyant, nous avons dû le débrancher la nuit et la cage d'ascenseur jouxte une des chambres ce qui produit une gêne sonore pour ceux qui y dorment. La rue est très animée avec de nombreux restaurants. Le petit balcon est très agréable pour de petits apéros dans une ambiance madrilène ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle ville.

En primer lugar el apartamento es bastante centrico. En ese aspecto nos ha resultado bastante cómodo, a la hora de ir con niños y hacer turismo. La estancia ha sido tranquila. En una de las habitaciones, se oía bastante ruido del ascensor y escaleras y las camas nido no eran muy cómodas y hacían bastante ruido. Por otro lado, la nevera hacía mucho ruido y esto era molesto a la hora de conciliar el sueño. Y al llevar silla de paseo, el no disponer ascensor a cota 0, nos ha resultado molesto tener que subir y bajar con el carro y los bultos a cuestas..
