Several grave concerns. Three dogs on the property, one of which is large, are completely untrained and uncontrolled. I love dogs, but they posed an issue while arriving and living on the property. Arriving with bags, the manager watched and did nothing as my fiancee and I were literally unable to walk to the house from the entry gate because of dogs pouncing on us. One incident, my fiancee opened the door and got immediately knocked over by the large dog charging into the house. They’re not aggressive — just out of control. I took it upon myself to train them because the property manager showed no concern whatsoever. Water filter leaks and drains all the water. Two leaks on the roof. Issues reported, and host said she’d send someone to fix. Didn’t. House has no heating, and upon arrival, there was no firewood available. Spent several nights freezing until arrangements could be made. Beautiful location. Lack of preparation and assistance from host and property manager.

I stayed here a month, and it was definitely worth it. The only thing I would say is that if you don’t have a car, transportation is a little bit tricky. You also have to walk quite a bit to get the main town. That’s probably the only thing about the place, the distance from La Pradera. We loved our stay here, there was great decoration and the cassette player was so cool. There was also a pretty cool selection of movies and the electric blanket downstairs was probably one of the best things too. The fireplace was nice and so was Yohanna who takes care of the place. Overall, I would say if you don’t mind the cold, like to adventure or want to retreat into nature the house is perfect!

La casa es tal como se anuncia y se ve en las fotos, no le falta de nada, súper acogedora en un lugar muy apartado de todo donde el silencio es lo que impera si es lo que buscas. Si te gustan los animales Any, Pin pon y Pepe son un encanto me compañaban a todas mis caminatas por el monte. La familia que vive en la finca como cuidadores son encantadores y te atienden en todo lo que necesites. Claudia nos atendió en todas nuestras dudas. En definitiva un lugar ideal para el descanso y la tranquilidad.

La casa es muy linda, detalles increíbles, es como retroceder en el tiempo: encuentras, libros, artes, Casssetes, Betamax, grabadora análoga, historias… La casa está muy bien equipada, es un lugar en la montaña, con frío, vista espléndida, mucho silencio, aún así es demasiado cálida. Nos sentimos como en casa. Si quieres desconectarte, tener tiempo para leer, escuchar, para juegos de mesa, para pensar, esta casa es ideal. También es ideal para las mascotas, ya que pueden jugar con los otros perritos de la finca, los cuales son muy nobles y juguetones. Nicolás y Johana (cuidanderos de la finca) son muy amables y hospitalarios, igual que la anfitriona, la señora Claudia muy pendiente y amable. El camino para llegar es un poco complejo, recomiendo ir en camioneta. Es una gran experiencia esta casita en la montaña ! 💜
