This place is really close to downtown and more than close enough to the resort that we had no issues getting where we wanted in just a short drive. Wendi is a great host, the place was clean and comfy, and everything was as described. The only downside is that it is a shared, single-family house, and, as such, the people upstairs can be heard from the rental unit. This doesn't take any stars away, however, because it's advertised as a guest suite/shared home and that's the kind of thing you should expect. Would visit again!

Wonderful stay at Wendi’s. Spacious for our teenagers and really close to downtown, restaurants/shopping and the free shuttle to skiing. Close to hot springs too! Clean and a great location!! Thanks Wendi!

I loved staying at Wendi's place. So comfortable and cozy. Ample amount of space for everyone. Perfect accommodations. Felt right at home! Would love to come back :)

I absolutely loved staying at Wendi’s place. It was the perfect location, just seconds from Clear Creek Trail and close to town. I got to visit all my favorite spots in Steamboat with ease from her place! It was a great visit!
