the place is fantastic ! Very relaxing and safe! The malls and other establisments are within walking distance,with easy transportation. and ,of course,the owner is incredibly nice,making us all feel comfortable during our stay.

As you prepare, Wilma is there--she communicates to make sure everything is attended to to make your stay pleasant. Her and her entire family very responsive, cordial, respectful, and approachable. The complex personnel, security are very helpful and friendly. This is our second time I think we have been there. It always feels like we are just going home from a vacation. Safe, secure, peaceful, I like to feel like I am at home and can relax and Wilma made us feel like one of the family. We dont like to go out and eat so much so use of the kitchen was important and we had everything just like if we were home. Just like before, I am always sad to leave. The area is easy to reach, public transport is very easy to find. This is one of the areas still developing. If you need anything or there is a problem, Wilma is on it. This is the best place out of every where we have stayed. So pleasant and again, Wilma made my family feel like we were her family. My family gives it 5 star

Ideal for our one week family visit in Novaliches traveling with small kids. Next door of Ayala Fairview Teracces and across the road from SM Fairview. Local caretaker Edward was assisting us with all needs and minor issues. Owner/Operator was super responsive via text on the phone. Quiet neighborhood in a midrise (4 - 5 stories) Condo gates community.

She is very accommodating. .she help me how to reached redwoods.she always keep in touch. and she assigned someone to meet us at the lobby of redwood. The place was very very home-like. Was lived in. We weren't looking for the Taj Mahal or some swanky hotel and thank goodness it was not. Has a 5 star visit ---hated to leave but oh well. Everyone in the complex were super kind and so cool---but I would not expect anything less in the Philippines. Even abroad they are classy real people--not plastic!
