Pierluigi’s home is lovely. Wonderful location, walkable little town with great restaurants. Lulled to sleep every night by the ocean waves. Although the house is north facing, the balcony gets sun until midday (maybe longer in high summer) we were very cozy and had all of our basic needs met. There are plenty of different seating areas around the house, all overlooking the beautiful Calabrian sea. Lots of nice beaches around to visit and great being able to walk down a few steps and swim. Communication was excellent and Pierluigi is a great host.

Beautiful sea views, nice terrace and very close to the sea. Terrace area is private and nice to spend time the whole day there. Scilla is peaceful small place to walk around and enjoy the views. The spiral staircase to the street was really difficult with bigger luggages and my fear of hights made it even more challenging. Pierluigi was good and really helpful host for us and solved few topics for us.

Très belle villa avec vue magnifique. La plage à nos pieds. Super séjour. Je recommande vivement.Pierluigi se préoccupe du bon déroulement du séjour, du bien-être de ses hôtes et est de bon conseil. Merci Pierluigi et Merci également à Izabella pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse. Tout était parfait.

La casa si trova in una posizione stupenda, sul mare, con accesso diretto alla piccola spiaggia di Chianalea (sassi e scogli) e vicino al borgo che è raggiungibile a piedi. Lo spazio esterno è stupendo e ampio, consente di godersi in ogni momento il mare! Essendoci un giardino c’è qualche insetto, ma il relax sull’amaca cullati dal rumore del mare è fantastico! PierLuigi è stato reattivo e presente, attento nel risolvere un piccolo intoppo iniziale e a darci consigli su come muoverci. La casa all’interno ha tutto ciò che serve. Aggiungo alcune informazioni che possono essere utili: la spiaggia di Scilla (quella più grande con sabbia/sassolini) è raggiungibile in circa 20 minuti a piedi su una strada praticamente pedonale e piana; nel borgo vicino non c’è un panificio, per la spesa occorre salire diversi gradini, è meglio usare la macchina. C’è un market che fa spesa a domicilio, ma occorre andare là a fare la spesa e poi loro te la portano.
