What a precious hidden gem just a stones throw walk to my most favorite Michigan lake! As a “base” to host my family for my 50th birthday, we truly felt at home with so much space inside and the fire pit was just awesome! If you know “up north” living- this is it! We appreciate a full kitchen for cooking large meals and the garage “hangout space” proved handy for a couple rainy and relaxing days. I highly recommended this house for large space needed. Bunk beds in 2 rooms work great for families with kids! Thank you Evolve for a memorable 50th! … 🤗

Location was nice, close walk to the beach. Had all the dishes that we needed and loved the amount of chairs provided. Fire pit was really nice and there where even outside games for the kids. The grill needs some new grates, they where in pretty bad shape. The shower curtain needs replaced it was ripped out of the holes on several spots. Tips for future people that stay: Bring toilet paper and seasoning. Also, I sent an email to ask a question Evolve answered back with the owners email and phone number so I sent the owners a text and email, never received any responses to either one.

House was out of power around 715pm when we arrived after the days activities. Host gave us a call to let us know and provide timing for restore. It was restored 30 minutes earlier than expected. We appreciated the quick communication. Thank you again.

This house could use some updating and alittle TLC. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, but the bedding was old and the beds were not very comfortable.
