The place was great, very clean, perfect location, 3 min walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend to someone who is looking for a quiet place at the beach.

We had an outstanding stay. From beginning until the end. Mrs. Chris welcomed us with so much love. It was my husband’s birthday family getaway for 2 nights and she even placed balloons at our door. She was very kind to myself, husband and my daughter. We felt so welcomed and so loved. It is so close to the beach, the entrance of the beach is perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable, super cozy and had everything we needed. Truly will love to come back real soon. We rented 3 apartments. Our family loved it. Again, thank you for everything. Cannot wait to come back.

This place was great! 5 minute walk from tbe beach, so convenient! As far as check in, beware you have to message host an HOUR before you plan to check in. We didn’t realize this until we showed up to the property. Luckily a wonderful woman named Chris who helps manage the property was able to get ahold of Royal for us and helped us check in and her comfortable. She was so sweet and welcoming! Overall worth the price, we would stay here again!

The host was non responsive when texted for check in instructions. Sent a text when landed in Tampa and again an hour later but no response. When arrived at location, we waited and finally asked another guest, who also had the same issue with the host. We were then greeted by Chris (lives on site) and she had to contact host to find out where to put as as she did not know we were arriving. After communicating with host, Chris brought us to a unit, which was not ready. Chris finished cleaning the unit while we were there. She was very helpful and pleasant and without her assistance, I don't know what we would have done. The unit was run down and the upstairs bathroom/shower is in need of repairs. The showerhead appears to be cheap and broken, so it sprays water outside of the shower (walls, floor, cabinet) and it appears to be an on going issue as you can visibly see the water damage. We had to put a facecloth around showerhead to be able to shower. Chris and location were great

Location was good. Check-in was at 2 p.m. and I messaged numerous times (it says to contact 1 hour before checkin) with no response from host. I had to call Airbnb support before I finally heard back from the host for checkin instructions around 5 pm. It was a very frustrating and delayed way to start vacation.
