Juan is such an Amazing host. He is always listening to his guests and keeps making efforts to upgrade amenities for the comfort of everyone he hosts. I loved my stay with him as usual.

Amenities did not match the add. Dirty. No TV. No toilet paper. Bring your own cleaning supplies and expect to scrub everything you touch to use it. Dog shit everywhere. The dogs are sweet dirty things though. Wi-Fi didn’t work plenty of times. Said one bunk bed and there were two. Not a secure location because there is only a code on the exterior gate and not all the tenants close it. Got mosquitos and a rat in the house because nobody closes the door. No free parking on the premises. Did not even bother trying the washer since I got dirty towels given to me and then when I informed them I got a dirty towel they replaced it with a less dirty towel making me think it doesn’t work. Power kept going out when anything was plugged in. Heater in the room didn’t work. Juan was kind, but there is so much wrong I was afraid of it causing an issue if I complained. I didn’t want to create an unpleasant stay for myself. For the price is was okay, but is not a 4 star location and if it hadn’t said it was I wouldn’t have stayed there.

Juan is a great host. Hospitable, friendly, and has a good vibes going in the Hostel he has going. The music studio is quite amazing as well, I do recommend this place to anyone trying to decide based on reviews whether they should.
