Eric was quick to respond to questions and concerns. It was nice to have a stove, refrigerator and washer and dryer in the place. However, a leak came through the ceiling just above where the dining take was and it was a mystery as to what that actually was. The shower will start to clog after several minutes of showering which was concerning. There is also no vent for the stove or the bathroom. The bathroom door is also risky as it may lock or fall if not handled carefully. The windows also do not open so it was hard to get air flowing through the place while cooking. I think this is a work in progress and it definitely needs some more work before putting it up for someone to stay in the future.

The pictures make the listing look better than it is. The photos won't show you where the floor is sinking in the living/bedroom. Or the shower barely large enough to lift your arms to wash your hair. Or how the bathroom sink blocks the shower opening. Or the ants found daily in the kitchen and bathroom. Or the water damage on the ceiling that got larger during my stay. I get that it's meant to be basic for people who are working in the area but it should be in good shape, it should be safe. On the plus side, it is conveniently located in downtown Cambridge, which is lovely and quaint. The stove and oven worked just fine, it has all the basic cooking supplies. If none of those problems bother you then you can't beat the price, go for it. But I won't stay here again.

He has an amazing team helping make his properties very nice. They go out of their way to be sure you are comfortable, and they make the place look so nice and homey.
