Viv and Ash were great hosts. Our boys had a great visit and asked to go back again. The view was beautiful. And we loved how there were private spaces you could go. The beds were comfortable. And Safety Harbor Main St was filled with restaurants and even had a night where they shut the street down.

Viv is a wonderful host with a very special property. My family stayed about 10 nights for a family holiday and it was fantastic in every way. The house has everything you need (and more), in a great location, on the sea and with a beautiful pool. I can't recommend this highly enough!

Where should I start! Such a lovely place with so much charm. Very private and secluded , which made us feel that we were on a private Island although we were minutes away from so many nice places. A very spacious and clean house. Nice large swimming pool ( great for cannon balls:). Private deck , with 2 kayaks to use. Lovely views of the bay from the upstairs suite. Vivian communicated with us very nicely. My wife and daughters loved this place and I had a hard time getting my little ones to leave the property. Would highly recommend this place. Vivian and Ash, thank you!

I Honestly was overwhelmed upon stepping into Vivian’s home. As a city boy from Atlanta, I didn’t expect to be so welcomed by the aura of the home. Beyond it’s beauty, the home was spacious, comforting, and makes you want to keep it as clean as you found it on arrival. Pool, access to kayaks for the bay, bonfire pit, plenty of backyard for all my athletes out there... I can literally go on. And on.. but you legitimately CAN NOT miss with this selection. Thanks Vivian, I’ll certainly be back

Dock on the Bay was a fabulous place for our family get-together. Each family had their own spaces and there was ample common areas to come together. The spacious kitchen and dining allowed for fun time ‘in the kitchen’. This property has a beautiful pool and a newly refurbished dock for fishing, kayaking or dolphin watching! This home is sparkling clean and comfortable. And, if you want a little (updated) old school florida style / feel that sits on a lush Florida style landscaped property....this is the home for you! Vivian and Ash are the most incredible hosts we have encountered to date. I was so appreciative of the way that Vivian communicated......just at the right time....every time. They add special and unexpected touches to their home, and specifically, for their guests. You can’t help but feel special and pampered! Thank you Vivian and Ash for adding to a fun filled family vacation!
