I believe there is something magical that happens when we are able to relax by the ocean and just laugh with friends and family. Listen to the waves crash, sip on your favorite drink and share delicious meals with loved ones. Whatever it is that makes you go "Ahhhh, this is nice" I believe in desiring this moment for all my tenants. It's all about making those memories that last a lifetime.
