This is the second time me and my wife have stayed here. Both times it was very clean and welcoming. The views from the hot tub are amazing.

So relaxing and beautiful, the hot tub was amazing as were the stars. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with including toaster oven, electric stove, and microwave. Sunrise was gorgeous! Will have to stay for longer next time

Ruth and JP made sure we felt welcomed and that our comfort was the most important thing to them. The property is beautiful with awesome views. Hot tub, pool, fire pit and great areas to hike in. They have not forgotten anything to make our stay comfortable. A short drive to Branson which has some great entertainment and great food. We highly recommend this location. Very secluded with exquisite views of the Arkansas sunset. We can’t wait to go back again for our 4th visit!

Beautiful view, the hot tub is set up where you can watch the sunset or sunrise. Host is extremely responsive and friendly. check in and out is SO easy. Absolutely private even with being attached to the hosts home. The property is beautiful. if you're precious about your car or suspension you may dislike the short driveway in and out as it is gravel (Ozark mountain gravel so some of it is bigger chunks of rock) and slightly steep in a few spots. my Ford fusion made it in and out fine but I did go slow because I was worried about scraping the bottom due to my low clearance on the car (only actually scraped once for a brief moment and it was totally my fault). You could hear the hosts at times walking upstairs but it was not loud or disruptive and never late at night. Heard no voices or other noise while there and was assured they also did not hear us. Close to Branson for all the food/ entertainment & just out in the country enough to be scenic and quiet. We would definitely stay again
