The yard space was exactly what I needed for my dogs. That’s why they received the 5 star rating because if you can accommodate my 3 fur babies with no complaints that’s impressive to me. Anything else I can clean, straighten, make do, etc. The washer and dryer with full access was a part of the 5 star rating as well. Area was close to everything I needed a taco truck, dollar general, a dine in restaurant and a beauty supply store.

Loved the area I had my dog with me and I had a great time I wasn’t worried about a thing, the home is specifically what I was expecting.

Matt as a host was very responsive and gracious. The house itself is in a good central location for the area and in a nice neighborhood. Its always great to find a place that allows larger pets and has a fenced yard. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be cleaned regularly. Upon arrival it was clear that the carpet had not been vacuumed, there was large accumulation of dust and pet fur under the side tables. Every fabric surface has at least one large stain usually more and most of the furniture is in poor condition(possibly street finds). We found used linens piled in the closet and had to wash the linens from one bed as they were clearly used. Matt did refund our cleaning fee for having to vacuum and wash linens. The kitchen has been nicely remodeled and if the rest of the house could be brought up to that it would be a wonderful place to stay.
