On the Oleron Island tip, at 300 meters from the Huttes beach, on the south coast of the island, the Hameaux des Marines residence is located behind a sand dune, in the heart of a calm and relaxing environment, nearby the lighthouse of Chassiron and the Saint Denis d’Oléron port. Each 35 sqm COTTAGE consists of : One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), closet/wardrobe One bedroom with 3 single beds (80x190), closet/wardrobe (this bedroom consists of 2 staggered bunk beds. The bottom bed is a pullout bed, convertible into a double bed) A living room with table and chairs, and 1 pull-out bed (consist of 2 single beds of 80x190) A flat screen TV (48 cm) with DTT and foreign channels A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (4 electric cooking hobs, cooker hood, dishwasher, sink, microwave, refrigerator (with deep freezer), dishes and kitchen utensils, electric coffee machine, electric kettle) A bathroom with shower, one modern sink, mirror Separate WC A 15 m² terrace with garden furniture Air conditioning (extra fees) A Free Parking space is available next to your cottage.
