Bellavista Panorama Home is 15 minutes away from the sea on foot and 5 minutes by car. It is the perfect spot for families or friends looking for a place to relax and share lovely moments together. The house has 3 rooms (Smeraldo king room, Corallo double room with en-suite bathroom, and the Acqua single room). The family bathroom includes a bath tub and a bidet. Extras: external shower and sink, private garden. The big veranda has a sofa, two dining tables, and an amazing view of the sea. We can host up to 5 guests: there is 1 king bed in the Smeraldo bedroom, 1 single bed in the Acqua room and 1 queen bed in the Corallo room (if you request it beforehand, the Corallo queen bed can be transformed into 2 single beds. This is the room with the en-suite bathroom). A continental breakfast is included for the duration of the stay. We suggest you to have a look at the photos to understand the comfortable internal and external areas available exclusively to the guests including: - A bookshelf with books you can borrow for the duration of your stay - Mugs, plates, glasses, cutlery is all included. Toaster, microwave and many other accessories available in the kitchen - External shower (with hot water) is in addition to the two full bathrooms available in the property (one family bathroom, one en-suite bathroom) - Private garden and free reserved parking available Additionally, all windows of the house have fly screens (except in the veranda, where you can enjoy breathtaking views, dawns and sunsets). If you request it beforehand, we can provide: a cot, some kids' toys and beach accessories, BBQ such as beach towels and a beach umbrella.

Carmelo and his parents, who welcomed us personally even late at night, are super polite and always answered quickly. They are extremely attentive and loving hosts! The Airbnb provides you with everything you need and is practically furnished. The absolute highlight is the winter garden / balcony, which allows a great view of the sea. The Airbnb is located in a quiet and non-touristy area. Taormina or Cefalù (very beautiful cities) are easy to reach by car. It takes about an hour if you use the highway. I can warmly recommend the stay with Carmelo!
Carmelo a été très disponible pour tous les renseignements demandés et arrangeant. Sa mère qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique et accueillante et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. L’appartement est parfait, très propre et très pratique. La mise à disposition dans le frigo et les placards du petit déjeuner, et plus, sont très appréciables. Le coucher de soleil et la vue de la terrasse sur la mer et les îles sont merveilleux. La plage de Capo Calava est familiale, pas surchargée et avec une eau cristalline. Les mots des enfants : bella vista, génial, extraordinaire…) Nous recommandons vivement, à refaire. Merci pour votre accueil
Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort necessari a garantire uno splendido soggiorno. Pulitissimo e fornitissimo anche per chi raggiunge la località in aereo. Grandissima attenzione da parte dell’host e della sua famiglia. Il terrazzo offre una vista stupenda e avendo la possibilità di chiuderlo isola dai rumori provenienti dall’hotel di fronte. Nel paese limitrofo (10 km) ci sono ogni genere di negozio e strutture ricettive.
Villetta con terrazza vista Eolie con tramonti mozzafiato. La casa era piena di comodità e pulitissima. Posto molto romantico. Carmelo è molto reattivo ed i suoi genitori sono molto attenti alle eventuali esigenze. Grazie per l"esperienza che ci avete consentito di vivere
Très bon accueil de la maman de Carmelo. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. La vue depuis la véranda est fantastique (fabuleux couchers de soleil). La plage est à 5 minutes en voiture.

The village of Gioiosa Marea is 10 minutes away by car from the property (that's where you'll find supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants). The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area with beaches and nature walks available close-by.
The beauty of Gioiosa Marea is the panoramas: you can see all the Eolie islands during a good clear day. Finally, there are amazing sea sunsets that you can enjoy in the comfort of the veranda.
