Apartment is located in area 10 min walking distance to the sea and city center. It is surounded by a huge garden and a lots of beautiful greenery. The ground floor of a private house placed on the hill. A large free parking space in our own yard... It has cozy covered terrace in the garden with a lot of privacy. Airco, TV, fast WI-FI is included. The accommodation is modern equipped with all stuff you need. The apartment is newly equipped, little kitchenette with a fridge and cooking plate... A nice bathroom with comfortable shower cabin and double sink... The bedroom has a huge double bed and one single bed. Towels, bed linen, dishes and all needed is there for use...

Absolutely lovely and cozy apartment-5 star! The location was perfect, a short walk to city center and to public beaches nearby. Communication with host was great. We were warmly welcomed with hot coffee and sweets and the day before we left, we were treated with delicious pancakes. This place was with perfect WiFi. We highly recommend this apartment to our friends and will definitely come back!
Sanda was a great host. She was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. During our stay she also brought us freshly made pancakes with Nutella and marmelade which we thought was a very sweet gesture and they were delicious! The accommodation is newly refurbished and well furnished. It’s also easily cool down with the air conditioning. The flat is only a few walks away from the seaside which is stunning with its beautiful lungomar. The access to water is very easy as you’ll easily find steps or swimming pool like ladders to go in. You also have plenty of entertainment choice with bars, restaurants and also a Casino. A Spar supermarket is at walking distance when you go up by street where the the flat is located straight on the right on the main road. We are happy to recommend Sandra’s place.
nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à Opatija. Sur les recommandations de Sanda, nous sommes allés sur 2 iles (Crès et Krk) et nous nous sommes promenés tour le long de la riviera à la recherche de criques moins fréquentées. Sanda est très chaleureuse et accueillante elle nous a même offert des pancakes. le logement reste à proximité de toutes les activités et restaurant de la ville d'Opatija. En résumé, superbes vacances et super hote👍👍👍
Our family enjoyed staying at Sanda’s place! She is a great host and made sure we feel comfortable and happy. Wonderful place, all needed staff were there, great location and very close to the centre. Definitely recommend!! Would love to come back one day again :))
Had a wonderful stay at the appartment. Everything was in order and the place was charming. To have a private place outside to kick back and relax when at home was greatly appriciated.

We have a lot of privacy in our own green yard. Our house is placed close to all important abbilities and also everything is reachable without car which is a big plus. The sea, city center and supermarket is very close. The yard is closed during the night.
The apartment is located a 5 min walking distance from a bus station.
