A good place to stay as we were visiting family nearby. Steps leading up to the front door are quite steep and in the rain became slippery. But pleasant views from the property and a quiet location.

We had a very restful weekend. The bed was very comfortable and it was very peaceful. The Spice Tree had wonderful curry, and The Two Nicks was a great pub to have lunch in after a countryside walk. Andy's place is spotless and beautifullyfunished. We appreciated the provision of breakfast.

Lovely place and friendly and amenable hosts. We’re flexible to my slightly unusual request to park early and the room was lovely, spacious and clean. WiFi wasn’t really working, but I could get 4G that covered my needs. Will definitely consider booking again next year.

Sadly the WiFi did not work. The room was a little chilly and the whirring of the fridge and the traffic noise from the nearby road helped to keep me awake. At this time of year it would be nice to have a thicker duvet and blanket on the bed.

Good location for catching up with friends in Rushden. Lovely setting, especially with neighbouring horses. Bathroom a bit cold, especially at this time of year. The wifi didn't work, which wasn't an issue for one night, but may be for longer stays. Breakfast goods and toaster was a lovely touch.
