自我介绍

My wife, Jan and I live in the house with the apartment on the second floor. We moved here in 2007 from Ohio and can't believe how astute we were to have picked Montana and Helena to retire - it was really a shot in the dark. Since then, our daughter and son have moved here from the east, got married out here, and love the city and state like we do. We do mountain biking, hiking, camping, and exploring Montana and other areas of the west. I also do a lot of remodeling on our home, putting solar hot water and electric panels on the roof, and turned the second floor into the apartment. My wife made the front yard into our vegetable garden, and I've expanded my home-brewing activities (my son is the head brewer at my favorite brewery here in Helena, and is teaching me a lot.) We're grandparents to our daughter's new twin boys here in Helena, and have three other grandkids out in Asheville, NC. We're looking forward to meeting guests and learning from them also.
