一个好好的房子，本来抱着期待入住，只能说非常失望！卫生状况不理想，感觉到处都是灰尘，床铺感觉也不干净睡不踏实！门都没锁去卫生间不方便要到处跟大家打招呼要用卫生间！有锁的卫生间马桶坐是坏的，都不维修！非常旧的一个房子，日久失修的感觉，不太对得起价格！桌球台也脏脏的，不想用，所以基本没什么娱乐设施！

“Luxury” is a laugh. Other reviews discussed bait and switch. Took our chances. Regret it. A nice property MANY years ago, now in severe disrepair. Location is outstanding. House is not. Oh, it’s spacious and toilets/showers work--but that’s it. Doorknobs that haven’t fallen out are loose, locking doors is frustrating, and scary to open the janky 1-pane windows. Like to cook? Bring your utensils and pans--kitchen is ILL EQUIPPED. 19 mugs, not even a cheap French press “plunger” to make a cup. No sponge. Not enough paper towels or rubbish bags for the stay. Dishwasher rack missing a wheel. Maybe it’s visiting a real luxury property with the French press. Want something fixed? Ask Jessica like I did about the spa. It was in the photos, and we received instructions on how to use it. BROKEN. Daily, Jessica promised someone was coming “tomorrow” to fix it. Never happened. When I called her out on it, she claimed the spa wasn’t listed in the amenities. Just the facts here folks. Up to you.

I want everyone to know this is a massive bait and switch. The home at one point would have been very beautiful. It's a shame it has been left to such bad management. From the moment we arrive it had a noticeable damp odor. The kitchen is falling apart and nothing works. I am not exaggerating, door knobs missing, windows don't open, dead bird on the roof of the sun room, you name it. The longer we looked the worse it got. The host did give us a refund after the first night. This place is a dump.
