Communication from the beginning was great with James/Sabrina. They were also very kind and allowed us to change our plans, so we only ended up staying one night instead of two. While the apartment looked similar, we noticed some of the furniture/decor was missing from the photos that were posted. It definitely gave off a college vibe. There was also only one large towel for two people; my friend used something the size of a hand towel. The apartment building smelt like something was being smoked as soon as you went into the hallway. Overall, not bad for the money, but a little deceiving from the pics and with the smell. It’s a busy location, so if you’re not used to city noises, it might would keep you up at night.

James it’s super efficient host, the communication was always great and fast, the location it’s very convenient and the check in it’s super easy. If you’re sensitive to street noises and lights I would recommend to bring ear plugs and sleeping mask.

Everything was fine...until the night set in and the I realized the window unit was broken. It was the first dip of the season, and I froze my ass off. There was a window unit, a thin blanket to act as a comforter and nothing else. It sucked. If the window unit had worked and been able to combat the near freezing temps, probably would have probably been fine.
