From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and cozy atmosphere. Zoe has put so much thought and care into making guests feel at home. One of the standouts for us was the lovely touches Zoe provided for our stay by going above and beyond by supplying us with delicious breakfast options and snacks - a delightful way to start the day off. The room was clean, comfortable making it a perfect retreat after a long day of travelling. Highly recommend :)

First time I've stayed at Zoe's property, she has got it spot on. She communicated with me all the time. Fantastic shower, a huge bath, which I didn't try. A comfortable bed and all the breakfast essentials that you would need. Different level. Thanks Zoe

A super place to stay. Easy and convenient to get into Peterborough town centre as well as the surrounding areas with easy connections to main roads. The room was spotless and had everything I could have possibly needed. Zoe was a dream to communicate with and was on hand for anything I needed. I'd definitely stay here again.
