自我介绍

Born in 1959 in the Turkish city of Izmir to a French father and a British mother, I was destined to grow up with a very international outlook, so a career in the travel business was if not inevitable, then certainly a natural development. Opened in 2007, Mandarin Boutique Hotel is the realisation of a long-held ambition to create a refined yet utterly relaxing rural retreat away from the busy tourist hot-spots. Mandarin's new sister hotel, Mango, is due to open at the end of May 2015. Situated just across the lane from Mandarin, Mango will enjoy the same peaceful and scenic location and offer a similarly relaxing and personal ambience, and of course the same delicious Turkish cuisine. I continue to run Cachet Travel alongside Mandarin & Mango Boutique Hotels, dividing my time between England and Turkey, but still seeks out opportunities to explore new destinations when my busy schedule allows.
