Stunning! After lots of research, we’re SO glad we chose Acre of Roses. What a beautiful getaway. So pretty, cosy, well appointed, spacious, & private. Loved the mineral jacuzzi, the conservatory - where you could hear the birds & frogs outside but still stay tucked up & warm inside. Super comfortable bed & amazing steam shower. Generous provisions & a personal attention to extra touches. So close to the lovely little town of Trentham with its delightful cafes & restaurants. Staying 3 nights made us feel completely relaxed. We have been to many BnBs & this is now one of our favourite getaway memories. Thank you Sandy & Rob for a perfect birthday mini-break.

The cottage is stunning and every need is thought of in advance! Wonderful kitchen and facilities. Highly recommended for a luxury weekend away.

Fantastic stay, although we didn’t get to use the hot tub unfortunately. Sandy has impeccable taste and has thought of every little detail to make your stay comfortable. We were grateful for the wood fires as it is starting to get chilly in Trentham. The well stocked fridge and pantry for breakfast was much appreciated. There were four of us girls so we needed a bed each which meant using the snug fold out bed. Just a note that this is actually the inside lounge area and might not be the most comfortable option for someone if you were paying individually. The projector area doubles as an extra lounge/hangout space when the snug is being used and is enclosed with blockout blinds. It was fairly quick to heat in the morning with the fire and ceiling radiant heater at this time of year so made up for the snug being used as a bed. All in all we had a wonderful stay and Sandy and Rob are truly passionate about making your experience the best it can be. Just book it!

Not a detail missed! Sandy and Rob have given their all and it really shows! A tranquil getaway with everything and more! Down to the handmade croissants, mediative art therapy pack and freshly adorned flowers!!! A getaway worth getting away to!!!!
