Michael is a great host, it's a nice place at a cheap price, and the location for the Channel Islands ferry is unbeatable. Recommend!

I enjoyed my stay. At first, I was panic when reading "sleeping in common area" but Micael reassured me that it had a bedroom and extra air bed in common are. Come out the room is nice. The house was clean and crisp. Communication was great, Michaels actively asked for what I needed and what he could provide or help. The main door had pass code lock and the room has private key. I highly recommend the place and will definitely keep this place in mind in the future!
