The location of this condo was great. Very easy access to the pool and ocean. The space is large. we enjoyed our stay.

The grounds and pool were nice. Initially we were locked out of master bedroom and it took 5+ hours for a response. There was stains on the carpet, socks and wipes left on the tv stand, trash in bathroom trash can, outlet falling out of the wall in the kitchen, blinds didn’t work, open medicine thrown in cabinets, bag of swimsuits left, dishwasher and sink full of clean dishes not put away. The bedding seemed dingy and old. Open food still in cabinets and fridge. There was an overwhelming smell of vanilla that I felt was covering a musty smell. Some of the furniture was broke. Every closet was full of so much stuff, just thrown in and not organized. Very odd for a rental. It was nice that certain things were left but the amount of stuff was very unusual for a rental and some things were not appropriate. I felt they live here full time and leave when booked but leave stuff behind for their return. We had to cancel and the owner was quick, receptive and nice with refunding our money.

Absolutely loved the location, the amount of space the condo offered, clean warm pool, easy beach accessibility! We would definitely book again!

Wonderful location! The pool area is very well maintained. The condo is spacious, stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner responds promptly and is very accommodating. The beach is gorgeous and exactly 23 streps away from the building🤿. Our family of 5 (kids 10,15,16) had a great vacation , thank you !

We traveled with 3 kids, 7 & under. Great location, spacious and a ton of beach toys and great pool area! Close to John’s Pass and great restaurants!
