The pictures make it seem much bigger than it is. it's a 1 Bdr tiny house but the added on covered porch makes it seem much bigger. The WiFi sticker on the fridge is incorrect, had to call host to get the correct one. The house is nice but very dated & needs updating. The sliding door lock to the porch is completely missing so a 2x4 in the track is the lock. We had no issues or feelings of intrusion could happen but that needs fixed. The hot water tank is small so take a quick shower! I was surprised it had a full tub but only used as shower. Both bicycles are unusable and need replaced. Both had nearly flat tires, 1 bike had 2 bent rims and both had seats that didn't work correctly and kept moving and tilting. Don't waste your time until replaced. Loved having the pool and tiki bar/restaurant so close. Great singers played both nights till 0200. Would have liked to have known you could rent a golf cart at the restaurant, found that out too late. Get the Uncle Joes pizza at grocery!

The villa was very close to the pool and tiki bar, very convenient, cleaned very well and incredibly spacious the out door porch was a huge plus, the only thing that did not go very smooth was I never got an email with the villa number or the code for the lock box, I contacted the owner and he responded quickly and was very understanding and helpful, all in all I would definitely stay at this villa again and hope to next year!

The home was super cute. We had some cleanliness issues but it was due to us getting there before the housekeeper did. The owner and host were quick to respond and I'm happy with the results. I would stay again because us girls had so much fun. The pool, tiki bar and little store were great. We had a dj on Friday and Saturday and fun was had by all. The little community had a July 4th parade and everyone decorated their golf carts. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and thank goodness we had that since tis the season for mayflies!

Overall, a bit of a mixed bag. If you go in with the expectation of "glamping," it's a satisfactory stay for the weekend. Pros: Easy check in; convenient location to activities on the island; well stocked kitchen with necessary utensils; nicely decorated; awesome screened in porch. Cons: Mattresses, pillows, and couch were broken and uncomfortable; steady music coming from neighboring bar from 12pm-12am; cleaning fee goes to??? You have to provide your own linens/towels, they charge an extra fee if anything isn't done correctly on check out (such as taking out trash, washing dishes etc), and the carpet in the sleeping areas could use a good vacuuming.

Cute little place. Great deck space for socializing! It is in a great location and a super affordable price! The *only* thing negative about this place is that you have to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, pillows and blankets, which can be hard if you’re traveling-especially if you haven’t brought your own transportation across the lake or rented a golf cart. But, such a cute getaway!
