The Good: Spacious, accommodated our group of 7 well, and the kitchen was well equipped (except for a bread knife and no foil or food storage goods). However, as previous guests at Air B&Bs, this felt like corporate frugality, and lacked the attention to details we expected. The AC control was not in our unit and 2 upper bedrooms were over 28 C. and there was road noise with the windows open. No shampoo or other toiletries were provided, there were no books, games, local guides, etc , and there were no clocks or USB ports in the bedrooms. The master bedroom closet was unavailable and chairs in all the bedrooms were folding plastic. We were aware of their concern about noise, but the large LED decibel meter was a bit much. Lastly, they relied on communication through personal email (a violation of Air B&B rules, I believe) and did not even have a written sheet in the house with critical information, e.g. lockbox code, phone numbers, and the WiFI password. Parking was very limited.

First of all, our hosts Prachi / Hema/ Yatendra were phenomenal. They were always accommodating and flexible. We were able to check in and leave our luggage at the rental before the check in time and we needed flexibility in our check out time which was also given. The entrance to the airbnb used an electronic key which was a first for us but very effective (we had no problems whatsoever) The Chateau was a very grand place. There was 4 rooms upstairs with a washroom area each (some had bathtubs, some had standing shower, master bedroom had a separate tub, standing shower with sauna option). Each room came with enough furniture to store your stuff. Each room also had a key to lock your room. The rooms were well lit and had options to open balcony. The main floor had an open floor concept with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. The area was very well lit and with open windows, the place was very cooling. We would definitely stay at this place again and recommend it to all.

Great hosts, house was beautiful and immaculate. Hosts were responsive when we needed help. There are several separate properties attached but the house felt very private. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for a family getaway.

The property is in a beautiful neighborhood and is very accessible. We really enjoyed the space and both hema and yatendra were very helpful. We would definitely come back.

Overall, our experience was very positive. It's a beautiful house and every bedroom was big and had it's own bathroom. The bathroom and linens were very clean. We may have missed it but we thought we had the whole house rented. The host was living in part of the house and the basement had two additional rental units. It wasn't an issue but just a surprise upon arrival.
