When we first went inside our jaws dropped. The first impression was the pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s 3 floors with a dining/community area, outside chill area and bathroom on each floor. Decorated with love and instantly giving a feeling of oasis. The rooftop is one of a kind with view over the little town of Agaete and a glance at the sea. We went there as a group of friends, at peak we were 7 and still felt there was space for more. The place is equally suitable for groups or big families. Just make sure you are comfortable and cozy with each other - a tiny downside is the house is not exactly soundproof. You will find everything you need, it’s extremely well equipped with more than enough dishes and appliances for cooking, plus a huge BBQ on the rooftop. We also found from backpacks to towels, tennisballs, speaker, everything we needed. The Wifi was strong enough for us to work simultaneously on our laptops. Highly recommend Bruno’s place!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de fin d’année entre amis dans cette belle maison très agréable à vivre à plusieurs. Nous recommandons cette location. Le village est très sympathique et notre hôte Bruno très gentil et disponible. A refaire

Nous avons passé Noël en famille à la casa Léon. 6 adultes et 2 petits (1an et 2ans et demi). Bruno nous a trouvé tout le matériel nécessaire pour les enfants. Il nous a conseillé une plage familiale et de bons restos. Malheureusement avec 2 petits nous n'avons pas trop profité des bonnes adresses. La maison est magnifique très agréable avec sa terrasse au soleil sur le toit. Bien appreciable quand on doit attendre les siestes des enfants. A chacune des demandes que nous avons eu, Bruno a été très réactif. Bravo, ne changez rien et merci pour tout Véronique et Sylvain

The pictures can only capture so much of the actual vibe of the house. A true oasis - authentic and stylish with lots of attention to detail. Even with a larger group / family it felt private and secluded and living amongst all the plants let’s you forget if your inside or outside. Super friendly host amazing stay. Would definitely do it again.

La maison de Bruno est incroyable. En plein cœur du village d’Agaete qui est un coup de cœur de l’île. A proximité de bars et restaurants. La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Plusieurs espaces de vie très agréable. La literie confortable. Le toit terrasse superbe ! Elle est très bien équipée vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le petit plus : Menage de milieu de séjour. Nous recommandons !
