Tres bon logement et l'hôte a été tres sympathique

We arrived at 17:20 just as the reception were closing (at 17:30, not 19:00 as stated). We received NO instructions on how to find the keys, how to switch on the water, how to switch on the electricity or how to how to switch on the gas. It took us nearly two hours and several messages with the host before we eventually had settled in. That included us having to ask our neighbours for help with the above issues! Very disappointing. It was not stated anywhere on the listing that you have to bring your own bed linen and towels. That is very poor. There was also no toilet paper, washing up liquid, hand soap or towels provided. Again, very poor. Most of the neighbouring caravans had an outdoor grill and a covered veranda; both of those are missing at this caravan. We seriously considered leaving the place when we first arrived and encountered all the above problems, but were unable to find anything affordable at such short notice. All in all it was a very disappointing experience.

Simplement un grand merci ! L'emplacement du mobile home dans le camping est parfait ! Tout y est simple et fonctionnel mais de bon goût et très propre ! L'accueil est impeccable. A recommander à 200% ! Le camping est très bien tenu; parfait aussi bien pour les familles et les couples seuls. La ville de Quend est très agréable. Une adresse que nous gardons bien précieusement !
