Yvonne was warm and friendly but firm. She listened and follow through in a timely manner. It was peaceful and felt like home away from home. She wasnt intrusive and my privacy was respected. I definitely would revisit Yvonnes place. A great place and great price with excellent customer service!! Highly recommend for anyone who values peace, cleanliness and overall excellent hospitality. I am a trained Hotel Manager by the way with a 1st class honours so I know hospitality!!

I overall enjoyed my stay at Yvonne’s home. Due to Yvonne’s travel schedule my check-in wasn’t super squeaky smooth, but after a few minutes she was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The home itself was in pristine condition. The room is exactly how it looks in the pictures :) The bed and pillows are very comfy, something impossible to judge from the pictures. The closet isn’t as functional as it could be, as one of the doors is bolted in, however there was plenty of space for my clothes between the other half of the closet and the tall dresser. The one main minus in the spacious bathroom was the water temperature not getting as hot as I would like it. The lighting could be improved in the home as some rooms are rather dim, making it harder to see, such as in the kitchen. The outdoor patio space is great! There is more than enough space in the shared kitchen for food. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Metro North.

My stay at Yvonne's place was great! Great location, great communication, and great amenities. I loved having the ability to park in the driveway and also sit on the back porch in the quiet suburban neighborhood. Very close to both the Metro North Railroad station and the Woodlawn MTA subway station. I would definitely stay here again!

Yvonne's place is a wonderful find. The house is well-kept up and the grounds are beautiful! I was quite happy with the cleanliness of the place, especially the bedroom and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and there was an ample supply of linens. I stayed for 4 months and would have stayed longer if it was available. I look forward to returning if I ever need an Airbnb in this area again. Yvonne and Richard are attentive to any issues or requests and will reply quickly! This place really felt like home and is in a very quiet area. ;-)
