Beautiful villa located among the trees of the residence "Il Pareo", one of the most fashionable and peaceful areas of Lido di Spina: within walking distance from the center, Lido degli Estensi and the sea. Finely furnished and suitable for anyone who wants to spend some days of sea, sun and relaxation. It has all the comforts for a classic family beach holiday, moreover you can take advantage of a newly renovated seasonal outdoor SWIMMING-POOL, ideal to get away from the crowded beach! City tax (0,30 €/person/night) is required by local laws (Comune di Comacchio). Documents are required by local laws (Comune di Comacchio). Villetta Vera is located in the middle of the pinewood of the residence "Il Pareo", ideal for having a minimum of coolness during the hot summer days. Indeed, this feature helps to create a fresh environment inside the Villetta Vera, both on the ground floor and on the first floor, and this does not require any air conditioning. On the other hand there are ceiling fans if necessary. For the most sensitive to the cold or for the winter months, the Villetta Vera is also equipped with heating. Also a clean and refreshing pool is available for all the guests of the residence, right at the bottom of a short path, never too crowded: a corner of relaxation to vary a bit from the beach (just 10 minutes walk) sometimes too tiring. It is possible to arrive easily by car from the Romea road, along a long tree-lined avenue and entering Lido di Spina. You can park your car in the parking of the residence (already here you will hear the song of the cicadas) and then immediately enter the Villetta Vera. It has two floors. The first room you will encounter is the entrance\secondary living-room, an intimate place to spend the warm summer evenings, better if in the shade with a candle burning. From here you have access to the kitchen (equipped with oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and other essentials), with a small attached storage room, or to the main room, equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a nice square partition, the tv area and some sideboards. Going straight ahead you can go to the veranda and the private garden, from which, going out, you can go to the swimming pool or leave the residence. In the garden there is also a useful closet for storing beach items. From the living-room it is also possible to use the stairs and go up to the first floor, with a small corridor leading to the bathroom and the two bedrooms. The bathroom is fully functional (sink, toilet, bidet and shower-box). On the right there is the double bedroom, with an adjoining terrace. Straight there is the bedroom with a bunk bed (+ a sliding single bed), also with an adjoining terrace. Villetta Vera is a bright, ideal space where you can relax and get away from everyday life: alone, as a couple or with your family ... it is suitable for everyone: beach, sun, swimming pool, night life, relax, shopping or nature!

Hôte très accueillant et disponible, nous a fait découvrir des produits locaux.Accueil avec boissons fraîches. La maison est très agréable et tout confort, la piscine est très belle. Lido di Spina propose nombre d’activités, station balnéaire festive. Nous y retournerons sans problème .

Het verblijf was zeer aangenaam, het huis had voldoende ruimte en was van alle gemakken voorzien. Luca (man van Vera) had zelfs nog in beide kamers een airco geïnstalleerd wat erg fijn was. En omdat we wat later aankwamen, was de koelkast gevuld echt super lief! Uiteraard waren er muggen, maar er zijn horren bij alle ramen en bij de deur. Als je deze goed gebruikt blijven ze buiten en ook zijn er 2 insectenlampen, spray en insectenverjagers voor in het stopcontact. Ik vind dat de verhuurders er alles aan doen om het zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Strand is op loopafstand, wat heerlijk is, maar er zijn een hoop prive-stranden waar je verplicht bent om een bedje af te nemen dus voor open toegang moet je even zoeken. Ook hebben we goede tips gekregen over restaurants en wat er in de omgeving de moeite waard was om heen te gaan. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Quartier tranquille la journée. Et très belle piscine, propre, agréable et bien entretenue. Parking très pratique, à l’ombre, derrière les grilles de l’urbanisation. Beaucoup de bruit de musique la nuit (surtout le week-end) venant de la discothèque proche. Pas d’air conditionné (mentionné dans l’annonce) mais certains des ventilateurs étaient bruyants rendant les nuits très chaudes à cette période de l’année (juillet). Beaucoup de moustiques dans cette région à cette période de l’année. Le logement est propre mais pour le prix demandé, il m’a semblé un peu démodé: draps élimés, assiettes dépareillées, casserole rayée et lave-vaisselle fatigué.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber, nur ca. 10min vom Meer entfernt und der Pool (nur 50m entfernt) war sehr groß -perfekt für keine Kinder zum planschen und für Erwachsene, um einige Bahnen zu schwimmen. Die Ferienwohnung bietet sich sehr für Familien an. Die Kommunikation mit Giulio war super, er reagierte sofort bei Anliegen und fragte immer wieder nach, ob alles in Ordnung sei. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und sogar einen Nachtclub zum Tanzen. Dieser ist Open air und leider in der Nacht etwas laut, aber ein Besuch lohnt sich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch wie Bennet oder Eurospar.

Great place for vacation with family. Nice real family apartment - not IKEA apartment, so there is a feeling like coming to friends apartment while they are out. Nice small terrace with marquise (nice to sit in evening). Amazing clean, big and almost no people pool (kids loved it very much) open up to 11PM! Neighbours are very pleasant people. Not far form sea (max 10 min walk). Parking (it's important to have car as points of interest and big supermarkets / restaurants are away - best seafood restaurants in Porto Garibaldi). There is no air conditioning but there are fans in ceiling so it's ok even when it's hot night. Kitchen is very small, but OK. Note there is no BBQ equipment and no wifi. One thing to know - during night on weekend there is quite noisy as there are some night clubs in town and they are very loud with their DJ's - but that's not host fault - for us it was no problem as we sleep well. Communication with a host was extremely easy. Giulio is very pleasant, English speaking and helpful guy - we switched for communication into WhatsApp. So I recommend this place for families with kids and with car who love pool, sea, seafood restaurants, pizzas and some nice places to see around by car (we've visited Bologne, Florence, SanMarino, Ravenna)

Lido di Spina is a fraction of the Italian town Comacchio and frequented seaside resort in the province of Ferrara.
