Overall a beautiful property - great location for ocean views and proximity to beaches. We like walking so this area suited us, as there are 4 lovely beaches within a 10-35 minute walk (Arrocito, Tejon, Tangolunda and Esperanza). It’s also only 35-45 minute walk to groceries, markets, etc in Santa Cruz/La Crucecita. Property management onsite are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating as are the attentive 24 hour security staff. Easy and inexpensive to get cabs right from reception area. Alex lives offsite but responds quickly to concerns. There is access to laundry at a minimal cost and with advance notice. There is a gym advertised but no gym amenities were available. Nice pools overall but cleaning and water levels inconsistent. Cleaning staff are exceptional and although no service in the condo itself, it was inexpensive to hire them and they did a wonderful job. This was clear upon booking so wasn’t a surprise. We would definitely return to Punta Gaviota!

Excelente lugar con increible vista, asi como muy buena instalaciones, definitivamente de volver a Huatulco me hospedaria de nuevo ahi.
