L'appartamento dispone inoltre di un terrazzino attrezzato con tavolo e sedie vista giardino. -- The apartment offers an independent entrance and it is located on the ground floor within a quiet building. More than 60 square meters, 2 bedrooms: one is equipped with a double king size bed and the other with double bed (both can be arranged as double or twin room), restroom with an extralarge shower, kitchen, large living room which includes a sofabed to accommodate a 5th and 6th guest, and a 40'' smart tv are available. The Accommodation offers a terrace equipped with a table and chairs and overlooking the garden

酒店离机场3.5公里左右。房东很热情大方，早早等候在门口了，来了准备了很多好吃的零食和饮料，牛奶，足够四个人第二天的早餐了。房东可以安排叫车服务，所以机场接送还是很方便快捷
If you need an apartment in a pinch, this apartment is fine. This area is vaguely questionable and I was very uncomfortable with the fact that the doors and windows did not open so that there was only one way in or out of the building. Lots of noise outside in the night—someone was setting off fireworks and some yelling. I do not recommend staying here for a long time or for rest and relaxation. Again, it’s effective for a night prior to flying out of Fiumicino but it’s not somewhere you want to hang out long term.
Rosa's Place was clean, easy check in/check out, quiet, and close to the airport However, the kitchen area was not as nice as displayed in the pictures. The second room was not arranged to be double beds. Overall, OK stay
Rosa's was a great place to stay. So clean and quiet and very relaxing. Maura the host was very accommodating and so helpful.
We we’re catching an early flight so we only had a quick stay at Rosa’s place. But it was perfect. Close to the airport with lots of places to eat in the area. The place was clean and quiet. Great for what we needed. I would recommend Rosa’s listing.

Inserted in a quiet and peaceful area, the apartment is in the center of Fiumicino, less than 0,5km from the beaches, 3km from the airport, 8km from the shopping center of Parco Leonardo and the shopping center Da Vinci and 10km from Fiera di Roma.
L'appartamento è sito in zona strategica anche per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici. La fermata del bus Cotral verso l'aeroporto, i centri commerciali, la Fiera di Roma e Roma Eur Magliana (Metro B), dista meno di 300m.
Inoltre è disponibile a circa 1km di distanza, l'autobus Terravision per raggiungere Roma Termini (Stazione FS, Metro A, B).
E' piuttosto semplice trovare parcheggio (la strada è libera e poco trafficata).

The apartment is located in a strategic area also to move with public transport. The Cotral bus stop to the airport, the shopping centers, the Fiera di Roma and Roma Eur Magliana (Metro B), is less than 300m away.
It is also available at about 1km away, the Terravision bus to reach Roma Termini (Railway Station, Metro A, B).
It is quite easy to find parking (the road is free and with little traffic).
