非常棒的房东，地理位置很方便，楼下就有超市和各种小店，有电梯这一点也很棒！最值得一提的是美丽的窗景，总之非常推荐！

Perfect apartment style, beautiful layout and stunning view. The space is spacious and airy and the well furnished. The host is lovely and was very helpful and kind and responsive with messages. The area is great, close to the buzz but a bit removed. Felt like a princess staying here I definitely recommend for the price. Loved the spacious shower, full kitchen and the washer and dryer was handy to clean things on the end tail of my trip.

We had a lovely stay in Jean-Marc's apartment. He was flexible on check-in (meeting us with a key) and check-out (storing our luggage as our flight was late evening). The apartment is beautiful and perfectly located, about 100m from Le Negresco hotel just off the seafront. It is clean and comfortable and ideal for 2 people, with a stunning view of the Palais Massena garden. The metro is about 5 min walk and there are cafes and a grocery store on the same street. The apartment is quiet at night but is an easy 10 min stroll to many restaurants and bars. Thanks to Jean-Marc for being a gracious host :)

Jean 의 숙소는 정말 더할나위 없이 완벽한 숙소였습니다 먼지 하나 없이 깔끔한 집이였습니다 이제까지 방문했던 에어비앤비 숙소중 최고였어요😍 특히 프랑스에는 엘레베이터 있는 집이 드물었는데 엘레베이터도 있었습니다!
