Mauvais Rapport / prix, mais au fil des semaines nous avons appris à vivre avec et à nous sentir bien. L'appartement est confortable et à une belle vue le soir quand on arrive depuis la porte d'entrée (building allumés). Les photos ne reflètent pas l'appartement concernant l'état général. il y a des trous dans les murs, des clous dans les murs, les murs sont plein de grosses traces noires ect... Quand nous sommes arrivées , nous étions vraiment déçus de voir l'état général des murs de l'appartement sachant que sur ces photos tout était bien entretenu. Nous sommes arrivées fin novembre et une fenêtre de la chambre principale était ouverte et bloquée donc il faisait froid la nuit, je l'ai contacté mais n'a rien fait, j'ai dû avertir airbnb pour que Pavel résout la situation 5 jours après. Seulement 2 verres, nous avons dû acheter des verres. Aucune pression dans la douche de la suite parentale. aucun geste commercial de sa part malgré avoir étendu 3 nuit de plus .

The place was amazing easy access to the facilities, restaurants and city mid/downtown. The building’s reception supervisor was so friendly and welcoming. Pavel was really nice and cooperative and made sure we are comfortable in our stay He was very helpful with the early check in checkout as well as we had a late flight.

Great location. The building is beautiful and modern. Subway, supermarkets and everything you need is nearby. Pavel was always responsive, sociable and helped us a lot.

Overall it was a great stay at this location very live neighbourhood the communication with host was very good and quick. The bedrooms were great and in good size the living room was a bit smaller than the photo but if you do not plan to stay indoor for a long period of time it should be fine. The TV could be a bit bigger as well. But overall it was a great stay
