super nice apartment and super responsive host! Highly recommend!
Very spacious apartment. Great location, near to the centre and key attractions in the city. Can comfortably sleep 6 people. Fully functional kitchen, although missing a microwave and coffee machine. Kids room even had toys that they enjoyed very much. Cons: washing clothes was a challenge as there is no dryer available and in cold weather takes too long to hang dry. Best option is the laundry shop just down the street after Netto supermarket. We stayed 7 days, so would have been good to receive a change of towels. Slight misunderstanding on the city tax payment requirement, that we understood needed to be settled at the end of the stay. The hostess seemed to be frustrated with us that it was not paid immediately. Overall, great apartment and we would definitely stay there again next time in the city.
- No keys in the box upon arrival. No response from owner by phone or text. - Had to be let in by other guests of hers in another apartment & accidentally knocked on her door (instructions for getting to the apartment weren't clear). Her daughter answered and then she turned up in a robe. She seemed genuinely confused why we were there and wanted to check in 45 minutes after check-in time. - No onsite parking as listed, the "free" parking requires us to go up the road and park in a lot and just "ignore the signs" because the authorities "never check". - Dishwasher didn't work, no response from her until the morning of our departure. - Hardest, most uncomfortable bed we slept in during our 5 weeks in Europe. - Creaky, uneven floors and some "quiet between 10pm and 8am" rule that wasn't mentioned - we're early risers, so that's not great for us. - Very near a busy street, and not at all quiet outside in the evening during our stay. At least the place was spacious as advertised.

Cute apartment in a great location. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting Baden-Baden.

It is so important when you feel secure, cosy and welcome coming to a new place, - it helps you to look at the town itself from a happy perspective. And our Baden-Baden has a good spirit, green pure energy, and you, as our dear guest can contribute into this oasis of peace and beauty. So draw up from it and pour in! If you are travelling to Baden-Baden with a health-improvement reason, maybe I could be of a help for you too, since I am working at the diagnostic center, dealing with doctors every day. As well as I am well aware of most of fitness/spa offers in our town. And as i live very close by to the rented unit we can stay in touch during your stay if you wish. As for me, I very much like travelling, especially mountain tracking. I left some really tough paths behind and looking forward for the new exciting ones.
