We really enjoyed our 3 month stay in this cute brownstone in East Boston. Lovely harbor views at a park nearby. Short walk to the T Maverick subway station, good sando shop across the street. Erik was very responsive and was helpful with all our questions. Mattress was comfy and plenty of hot water. We had some issues with the wifi and pests (bugs and mice), Erik was quick to try and resolve. Overall, great location - could get into Boston proper within 10min via subway so we enjoyed all the history, architecture, and food.

From the flowers that greeted us as we walked in, to the clean bed linen and toiletries everything at the stay was excellent. The little thoughtful touches, like tea bags of different kinds, lotions and shampoos made the stay even better. we had a great stay at Erik's Air bnb and would recommend it for a long stay in the city.

We spent a month at this place, and it was amazing! It has all the amenities you need for a long stay, including washer/drier, microwave/oven/stove, great wifi, comfortable living room and bedroom. It's also near the subway, and in a few minutes you get to downtown and everywhere you need to go in Boston. It's also conveniently near the airport. Erik was a great and responsive host. Definitely recommend staying at this place! If we ever go back to Boston, we'll check if this place is available again.

Erik’s place was the perfect short term space for me and my pup during my travel nurse contract! The location was perfect with parking options right around the corner and wonderful walking spots for my pup! Highly recommend this stay!

We stayed at Erik’s place for around 7 weeks in nov-Dec while travel nursing at Brigham and woman’s and MGH. Blue line subway is a very short walk and takes you right downtown. As conveniently close as it is to the airport we never heard planes. Grocery store is right around the corner and there’s free street parking two streets over (at our last apartment in Boston our only option was $500/month so this was fantastic). Short walk to small parks and the river walk as well as the east Boston green way and multiple dog parks for taking our dogs out. The apartment itself is exactly as seen in the pictures and very clean. Kitchen is stocked with all your common cook wear and appliances. Brand new washer/dry work very well. Erik was quick to respond to questions and seems to truly care about his guests having a good experience. Would definitely stay again if we take another contract in Boston.
