Jodi’s place was a wonderful stay for our family of four! We did day trips to both Breckenridge and Georgetown during our stay, both about an hour drive away. The views were beautiful, the house was very clean and had lots of fun stuff for our kiddos. We will definitely consider coming back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for our kids! There were so many great toys to keep them entertained. The tent and lanterns downstairs were a huge hit! The view is amazing! So much wildlife around! Highly recommended! We will definitely come stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jodi’s place. Rustic but modern, clean and well stocked. This would be in our top tier of Air BnB experiences. So much so that none of us wanted to leave come check out day! The Aspen hadn’t bloomed by the time of our stay (FYI to others) but this in no way impacted the beauty of the location. We enjoyed the sweeping views and seeing the little donkeys in the nearby paddock. What made our trip though was, of course, the kid adventure aspect. Our two year old was never bored! Books, games, toys, tents, forts, bubble baths, movies… he had anything and everything to do! Running around outside, cosying up inside. It was a haven he was reluctant to leave. All he wanted to do was play trains and immerse himself in all the activities. We did make a trip to nearby Fairplay for breakfast though and highly recommend Mr. Burro Cafe! We enjoyed a walk around the lake there, after. Highly recommend this place to others. Thank you!

There aren’t enough good things to say about this place! Location was remote but not completely off grid. My family felt right at home. The kids enjoyed themselves, as there were a ton of things to choose from to keep busy. Perfect home for a family getaway. I honestly cannot think of anything this place lacked. Beautiful view, pictures do not do it justice! On the day of our departure we got a good two feet of snow, Jodi was very attentive to the situation. We would 100% stay here anytime back in Colorado!
