The house itself is very nice and everything was as described. They have control over the thermostat which is a pain. The first night the AC switched to 75 degrees at 2:30 am and I woke up hot and had to get up and change it. They tell you not to press “hold” but it’s the only way to keep the AC at the same temperature all night. I just don’t like not being trusted to control the temperature. Huge pet peeve of mine. The water heater needs to be replaced or significantly repaired. I did not get to shower the first day because there was no hot water. The owner tried to walk me through how to fix it that night (this was a known issue) but her assistant had to come later that night to fix it. Two days later it cut off again in the middle of my shower so I had to finish with a cold shower. I did finally figure out how to reset it and it worked the rest of the trip. Again, the house and the owners were nice, they just need to trust their clients and fix the water heater.

Absolutely beautiful home and comfortable stay. I was here for one month for a job. New appliances that worked great. brand new fridge. reliable WiFi. Great place to come home to after a 12 hour workday. Hosts were pretty responsive and helpful for any issues that came up.
