This was an awesome place to stay at! Plenty of space for our whole party and the house was comfortable and spacious. We had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend to others!

We loved Scott's place! Beautiful, authentic, clean, charming house with wonderful views from every room. All bedrooms were lovely and comfy, the kitchen was very well equiped with everything we needed. Scott was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. We also loved the collection of books Scott has at his house. Thank you very much, Scott! We would love to be back!

A great combination of wonderful house, scenic views across pond and pasture, and hospitality. We had snow one night and the next morning the drive and walks were being cleared. House is very clean and spacious for a family gathering. We thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding areas that allowed us to ski, hike and visit nearby towns. We would return without hesitation.

We came to the farmhouse right after a huge snowfall, and there isn't a better place I could imagine being. Warm old farmhouse, warm old lights, comfortable and cozy and every part of it feeling crafted over years. Seeing the big field of snow and trees outside. Being far away from cars and cities, hearing only quiet.

This is a VERY special place. Built in the early 1800s, with so much character and coziness. Certain parts of the house really feel like taking a step back in time, with wrought iron latches on the doors, etc. Kitchen is very well equipped, bathrooms are modern and nice. Heat works well. Internet and TV (Netflix, etc.) is great too. On a HUGE piece of land. Nice view of the stars on clear nights. Host can be slow to respond, but keep trying---it's worth it.
